About Dr Ray
Dr Ray brings many years of experience and a passion for helping people move and function well. A New Zealand-trained chiropractor, he practises at both clinics, Remuera and Henderson, and works with everyone from elite athletes to local families.
He takes a close interest in the connection between the spine and the nervous system, and uses specific assessments of balance, eye movement and proprioception (your sense of where your body is in space) alongside the standard examination. It is a detailed way of looking at how someone moves, and it informs the care he recommends.
Dr Ray has supported elite athletes on the world stage, including Olympic gymnasts, and applies the same attention to detail to everyone he sees, whether a parent, an office worker or a grandparent. His focus is on helping you improve your movement, posture and resilience for everyday life, with gentle and specific care.
