Henderson opening offer: our Henderson clinic opened recently and we'd love to meet the West Auckland community, so first appointments at Henderson are $20 for a limited time.

  • Concession rates apply to regular appointments. First appointments for under-18s are charged at the standard first-appointment fee.
  • ACC rates apply to appointments covered by an accepted ACC claim. Ask your chiropractor if you are unsure which rate applies to you. How ACC works.
  • Optional extras at Remuera with a regular appointment: additional INSiGHT nervous-system scans, or an extra trigger-point massage, $20 each. Choose them in the booking menu.

Which appointment should I book?

The booking menu for each clinic lists these options. Pick the one that matches where you are.

  • New to us: first appointment

    Adult, or under 18. A full health history review, a discussion about chiropractic, a physical examination and relevant tests, and your first treatment when clinically appropriate. Posture analysis, and at Remuera INSiGHT nervous-system scans, are used case by case where your chiropractor judges they will help.

    A complimentary 20-minute conversation with a chiropractor about your health goals, with a basic physical assessment. If you decide to go ahead, the comprehensive first appointment and treatment are booked separately.

First appointment

Best if
You want to be assessed and, where appropriate, treated at your first visit.
Includes
Full health history, discussion about chiropractic, physical examination and tests, posture or nervous-system scans where they will help, and your first treatment when clinically appropriate.

About 30 to 40 minutes.
ACC
We can lodge a new claim or see you under an existing one at this appointment. Appointments covered by an accepted claim are charged at the ACC rate.

Changing or cancelling an appointment.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel.

You can change or cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by calling the clinic: Remuera 09 218 8519, Henderson 09 884 0371. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full appointment fee.

ACC and health insurance.

We help with the paperwork at the clinic. Cover depends on ACC's decision or your policy, so we cannot promise that a particular appointment will be covered.

ACC

We are ACC registered, so no GP referral is needed. If you have injured yourself in an accident, your chiropractor will assess the injury at your first appointment and lodge a claim if it qualifies, or see you under an existing claim if you bring the details. ACC generally covers injuries from accidents within the last 12 months.

Appointments covered by an accepted claim are charged at the ACC rate above. If ACC declines a claim, we will let you know. Read more about ACC.

Southern Cross

We are a Southern Cross Easy-claim provider. With your policy number we can check your level of cover and, where your policy allows, invoice Southern Cross directly.

Other health insurers

Payment is made at the clinic and we give you a formal receipt after your appointment, so you can claim back from your provider.
