The clinic is quiet and unhurried, with consult rooms where your appointment begins with a conversation.
Alongside the examination, your chiropractor may use digital posture analysis, INSiGHT nervous-system scans, or both, depending on what you have come in with and what the assessment shows.

Your first appointment at Remuera includes time to understand your health history, discuss chiropractic care and carry out an examination. We explain the findings and recommendations, with your first treatment included when appropriate.
- 1A full health history review. Your past medical history, lifestyle and the concerns that brought you in.
- 2A discussion about chiropractic. What chiropractic care involves and how it may apply to you.
- 3A physical examination and relevant tests. Neurological and orthopaedic tests to look at how you are moving and functioning.
- 4Scans, where they will help. Depending on what you have come in with and your chiropractor’s assessment, this may be digital posture analysis (PostureCo), INSiGHT nervous-system scans, or both, to measure what we see and set a baseline.
- 5Your first treatment, when clinically appropriate. If there is a reason treatment should wait, your chiropractor may ask for x-rays or further assessment first.
- Regular appointments at Remuera are 10 minutes. Optional extras with a regular appointment: additional INSiGHT scans or an extra trigger-point massage, at a small additional charge.

Hours
Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm.
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
Early and late appointments are available seven days a week.
Hurt yourself?
ACC can cover chiropractic care for an injury from an accident. We assess the injury at your first appointment and lodge the claim if it qualifies, or see you under an existing claim. No GP referral is needed.
Southern Cross and other insurers
Southern Cross Easy-claim provider: we can check your cover and invoice Southern Cross directly where your policy allows. Other insurers: pay at the clinic and claim back with our formal receipt.
