What we help with

Chiropractic services in Auckland

The concerns people bring to us, the stages of life we adapt care for, and how we assess and treat. Every page below explains what happens at a first appointment, how we treat the problem, when to get it looked at and what the research says.

Stages of life, and how we treat

Care adapted to you.

Care at different stages of life

Pregnancy → Children and teens → Older adults →

Gentler techniques, adapted positioning and shorter courses of care, with your midwife, GP or family involved where they should be.

Assessment and treatment

Spinal adjustments → Techniques we use → Your first appointment →

What an adjustment is, the manual and low-force techniques we use, and what every first appointment includes.

Information and advice

Research → Chiropractor or physiotherapist? → Frequently asked questions →

Plain explanations of what the evidence supports, and who to see for what.

How we work

Assessment first. Always.

Nobody is treated on the day without an assessment: your history, an examination and an explanation of what we found and recommend. First appointments take about 30 to 40 minutes. Chiropractic care is not the right option for every problem, and if we think you need your GP, imaging or another service first, we will say so.
